Tip: To make your school feel as immersive as possible, include as many objects as you can in the main classroom. In either case, you should leave room for the lot to be expanded in case new optional objects are added in the future. Therefore, it might not be a bad idea to hold off uploading your lot to the gallery, although it’s your choice. Although the list below contains all the required objects needed for school venues, I could end up adding more optional objects before release (either for goals or side features). Only include one podium in the school! Having more than one will not spawn more teachers, but will cause classmates to go to random podiums. You should also include a vending machine as backup in case something goes wrong and the Caterer isn’t able to finish cooking. The school has a Caterer NPC and a “Call to Meal/Eat Food” goal, so you should include cooking equipment and seating. Generally, you should place all objects on the same floor with the possible exception of the Observatory and Pool (and even then, these objects should still be as quick to access as possible). I strongly recommended that you place objects close to each other. Otherwise, completing goals may become annoying. Generally, there should be a computer in this area. The Principal and Counsellor will spawn near the NPC sticker and use any object within a 5-tile radius. Obviously, teachers will spawn at the podium. There are two custom objects that must be placed: the podium, and the NPC stickers. You will need the LATEST version of Venue Changes in order for the new venue types to appear. I’ve decided to release an early mod for players to create their own lots before the full mod is released. 
I’ve wasted probably several days worth of time trying and failing to build pre-made lots for the new version of Go to School, but it’s very difficult to force myself into a building mood when I have the mod itself to worry about. *Since the new version has very different requirements from the old, I decided not to make the new versions of the venues backwards-compatible. This mod unlocks the new venue types* used by the new version of Go to School, as well as the podium and NPC sticker objects.
